THE NEXT- GENERATION ALPHABET WE NEED

Hello, you Chinese ladies and gentlemen. According to WIPO, your language will become the most widely used language of the world by 2007. How about adopting this SAM alphabet?  In my opinion this SAM alphabet should be also used for ESPERANTO and can be called ESPERANTO ALPHABET as well.  Young people all over the world begin to have interest in Esperanto as a world language to be used on internet.

INSTEAD OF TYPING WE WANT TO MAKE OUR COMPUTERS WORK AS THEY LISTEN TO OUR VOICE TELLING  THEM WHAT TO  DO.  FOR THIS  PURPOSE WE NEED A SORT OF PHONETIC SIGNS THAT THE COMPUTER WOULD RECOGNIZE. THIS WE SHALL CALL "OMPUTER-ALPHABET" WHICH WE WANT TO EXPLAIN HERE.

This phonetic alphabet has also been designed specially for people in China and other countries whose alphabets are not equivalent to the demand of computerization in the 2000's.

THE FEATURE OF THIS ALPHABET IS IN THE MODULATION OF VOWELS AND THE ROLE OF 'SUB-VOWEL' AND 'SUB-CONSONANT'. THE SUB-VOWEL PLUS A BASIC VOWEL MAKES WHATEVER SOUND OR FORM OF VOWEL WHICH THE BASIC VOWELS CANNOT EXPRESS. IN OTHER WORDS IT CAN MAKE 12 SUCH NEW VOWELS SINCE THE BASIC VOWELS ARE 12 IN ALL. IT IS THE SAME STORY WITH THE SUB-CONSONANT. THAT IS, THE SUB-CONSONANT PLUS ANY BASIC CONSONANT MAKES ANY SOUND OR FORM OF CONSONANT IN THE WORLD AND CAN MAKE 24 SUCH CONSONANTS BECAUSE THERE ARE 24 BASIC CONSONANTS.

BESIDES, THE DOUBLE FORM OF SUB-VOWEL MAKES LONG SOUND SUCH AS "OH", "GOOSE", ETC.  ALSO THE DOUBLE FORM OF BASIC CONSONANTS CAN MAKE OTHER SOUNDS OR FORMS WHICH THE BASIC(ORIGINAL) CONSONANTS CANNOT MAKE BESIDES THE FORM OF SUB-VOWEL PLUS THE BASIC VOWEL.

THE VOWELS HAVE TAILS UP OR DOWNWARD WITH THE ONLY AND ONE EXCEPTION OF SUB-VOWEL WHICH HAS NO TAIL WHATEVER. THE ROLE OF SUB-VOWEL IS IMPORTANT SINCE THE COMBINATION OF THIS VOWEL AND BASIC VOWELS IS TO MAKE WHAT THE BASIC VOWELS ALONE CANNOT EXPRESS OR SOUND.  THE VOWEL COMBINATIONS ARE MADE OF THIS SUB-VOWEL. TOGETHER WITH THIS SUB-VOWEL THERE IS THE SUB-CONSONANT. THE SUB-CONSONANT DOES THE ROLE WHAT THE SUB-VOWEL DO - THAT IS, THE SUB-CONSONANT CAN MAKE CONSONANTS WHICH THE BASIC CONSONANTS CANNOT MAKE SOUND.

THE VOWELS WHICH HAVE TAILS AND THE CONSONANTS WHICH HAVE THE FORM OF A CIRCLE ARE VERY MUCH DISTINGUISHED FROM EACH OTHER.

THE FOLLOWINGS ARE THE 12 BASIC VOWELS COMBINED WITH THE SUB-VOWEL. THE YELLOW-COLOR LETTERS ARE KOREAN VOWELS CORRESPONDING TO THE SAM ALPHABET VOWELS.

THE FOLLOWINGS ARE THE  14 BASIC CONSONANTS. The perfect circle "O" takes also the role of the sub-consonant.
It represents the mother womb of all consonants, for all of the consonants take the form of a circle.

THE SUB-CONSONANT IS USED LIKE THE FOLLOWING.

SUB-VOWEL & SUB-CONSONANT

SUB-VOWEL PLUS BASIC VOWEL MAKES ANY VOWELS YOU WANT TO MAKE. LIKEWISE SUB-CONSONANT
PLUS BASIC CONSONANT MAKES ANY CONSONANTS YOU WANT TO MAKE. AND SO THESE 'SUBS' ARE
CALLED "ALL-ROUND CAPABILITY" VOWEL OR CONSONANT.

SAM VOWELS CAN BE USED WITH THE ENGLISH CONSONANTS LIKE THE FOLLOWING.

THE SUB-CONSONANT IS ALSO USED IN CASE THE VOWELS NEED TO BE LARGE(CAPITAL) LETTERS FOR THE VOWELS HAVE NO LARGE LETTERS(THEY ARE USED ONLY AS SMALL LETTERS).  THE CONSONANTS HAVE LARGE LETTERS AS WELL AS SMALL LETTERS.  WHEN THE SMALL LETTERS ARE LARGE, IT MEANS THAT THEY ARE THE CAPITAL LETTERS.

JUST 26 OF LETTER-KEYS ARE ENOUGH LIKE THE ENGLISH ALPHABETS. SAM CONSONANTS ARE 14 IN ALL INCLUDING THE SUB-CONSONANT AND THE REST ARE COMPOSED OF CONSONANT COMBINATIONS WITH THE SUB-CONSONANT. THE VOWELS ARE 12 INCLUDING THE SUB-VOWEL. THE REST OF VOWELS AND CONSONANTS ARE EXPRESSED WITH THE SUB-VOWEL AND SUB-CONSONANT.  THE FOLLOWING DIAGRAM OF KEYBOARD SHOWS THE PLACES WHERE EACH OF THE 26 SAM ALPHABET KEYS IS TO BE. THE LETTERS ARE EXPRESSED WITH HANGUL, FOR HANGUL THE KOREAN ALPHABET IS THE WOMB OF THE SAM ALPHABET. BY USING THE SHIFT KEY YOU CAN TYPE THE CAPITAL LETTERS OF CONSONANTS(14 IN ALL). THE REST(VOWEL KEYS) SHOW SOME OTHERS(NOT CAPITAL LETTERS, BUT SOME VOWEL COMBINATIONS OFTEN USED) WHEN SHIFTED.

EVEN THOUGH SAM ALPHABET HAS BEEN MADE ON THE BASIS OF KOREAN ALPHABET IT HAS NO SILENT CONSONANT LIKE THE KOREAN ALPHABET. AND SO THE VOWEL CAN BE PUT IN INITIAL POSITION LIKE THE ROMAN ALPHABETS. IT IS BECAUSE THE CONSONANT OF "O"(IN KOREAN AND SAM ALPHABET THIS CIRCLE FORM IS A CONSONANT AND NOT A VOWEL LIKE ENGLISH) CAN BE USED AS SUB-CONSONANT AND HAS A VERY IMPORTANT ROLE OF ITSELF.

KEYS OF THE SAM ALPHABETS ARE 26 IN ALL

The following figure shows the Korean alphabets. It is a little different from the keyboard as shown above. It is because the key of vowel (the number of 9 in the diagram below) is also used as the sub-vowel in SAM alphabet. In Korean this vowel is much used, but to those who are not Koreans the sound of this vowel is much similar to the vowel of (3), the number of the vowel in the following Korean alphabet diagram. Therefore the key of this vowel in the above key-board diagram is replaced by the sub-vowel. And so 12 vowels in all. However, the shift key of this vowel shows the vowel of (9).
